Gina DiMento

Gina DiMento is Chief Compliance Officer of Point72, responsible for supervising the firm’s global Compliance program across all regions, offices, and business lines. 

Since joining the firm in 2011, Ms. DiMento has held multiple leadership roles within the Compliance organization, most recently serving as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer from 2019 to 2026. Her earlier roles at the firm included Global Head of Equities and Research Compliance, and Compliance Officer and Counsel.  

Prior to joining Point72, Ms. DiMento was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at PAR Capital Management and served as a regulatory analyst and Vice President at Wellington Management Company. She was also a founder and managing member of AGS Law Group, specializing in legal and compliance advisory services for alternative investment managers. 

Ms. DiMento received her BS in Business and Merchandising from the University of Vermont and her JD from Suffolk University Law School. She has served on Point72’s Women in Finance Network Leadership Council since its inception.
