Jason Colombo

Jason M. Colombo is General Counsel of Point72, responsible for leading the firm’s global Legal function. 

Mr. Colombo joined Point72 in 2016 and has held roles of increasing responsibility on the firm’s legal team. Most recently, he served as General Counsel of Point72 Asset Management, L.P., supervising the legal affairs of the registered adviser. He originally joined the firm to help lead its transition from a family office back to a registered investment adviser and the 2018 launch of its flagship fund. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Colombo was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs from 2012 to 2016. He began his career as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in 2006. 

Mr. Colombo received his BA from Columbia University in 2003 and his JD from Boston University School of Law in 2006.
