Jennifer Cohen

Jennifer Cohen is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Point72. In her role, she leads the firm’s human resources strategy, focusing on strengthening talent management, organizational growth, and reinforcing our culture of excellence. She brings more than 25 years of experience across business operations and human capital, with a data-driven and process-oriented approach to building and scaling organizations.

Ms. Cohen joined the firm from Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, where she served as Global Head of Human Capital Management. Prior to Schonfield, she held senior leadership roles at Global Atlantic Financial Group, which spun out of Goldman Sachs in 2013, including Co-Head of Human Resources and Managing Director of Total Rewards. Ms. Cohen began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she spent 13 years in the Securities Division and Executive Office in a variety of roles.

Ms. Cohen holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
